Dear Wonderful Parent,Welcome to Computer Kids DaycareOn behalf of my family and staff, I welcome you to Computer Kids.Thank you for selecting Computer Kids as your Child care provider. We are committed to providing you a quality childcare in a pleasant and professional manner.Our learning program exists to provide infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners and school-age children with a warm, loving environment where they can feel safe, secure and happy.Our staff members are carefully screened and certified in early childhood education and our facility is licensed by the State of Texas.Our programs are play based and we love technology. We have a computer lab and all our children, 2 years and above are allocated computer time. We use ABC mouse. Our environment is fun for kids. We have an interactive playground where kids are able to play and interact with technology while learning. We also offer Spanish, Dancing and Cooking Classes to enrich our programs.Our STEM Program is very strong. We have a weekly project for 12 weeks that focuses on engineering, science and technology. Our aim is to plant technology seeds in the minds of our students.We also offer continuous assessments, the essence of this is to ensure that the kids are on track in their development and learning and to identify any child who is struggling, so that appropriate action can be taken. Actions will include letting you as a parent know if we observe any developmental delays so that you can address it as quickly as possible. Continuous Assessment is also a way for us to know if our curriculum and program of instructions are working or if they need to be tweaked.You should have been given access to our Parent Communication App called LifeCubby. Through this APP we share with you how we are caring for your children. We post lesson plans, meals, diapering times, pictures and videos of the children. If you need to communicate with us, this is the quickest way.You should have received your child’s log in information to ABC MOUSE. We also have a copy in the office for your convenience.The main phone line to the daycare is 281 498 4933.Payment for tuition is due on Mondays with a grace period of 1 day. If payment is not received by Tuesday evening, a late fee of $25 will be assessed on Wednesday morning.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
